• Building & maintaining a solid relationship with Zones customers such as Microsoft, Costco, Oracle, Atlassian, and Korn Ferry. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and proactively.• Direct communication with the corporate Account Executives and Managers, providing regular updates to both the account director and the client, ensuring transparency and accountability.• Understanding the business profile and needs of the client’s portfolio. Actively engage in activities to expand and maintain the sales pipeline, continuously identifying future requirements through value-driven interactions • Monitor and coordinate inventory management activities and process monthly billings for customer accounts. Ensuring smooth order processing and quote handling, promptly addressing any customer inquiries or requests.• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Enterprise Operations teams to facilitate new customer rollouts. Process project worksheets for inventory allocations and meticulously maintain customer catalogs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.• Foster collaborative relationships with other vendors and manufacturers such as Adobe, Microsoft, VMware, Symantec, and Cisco. Work closely with these partners to deliver tailored solutions that best meet the unique needs of each client.• Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, building and maintaining strong workingrelationships. Prioritize client satisfaction by consistently delivering value-added services and solutions that exceed expectations.

• Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to secure the best overall price considering price, availability, payment terms, shipping, return privileges, timely delivery, etc.• Build relationships and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers and other external sources.• Manage product availability through assessment of in-stock, turns, mix and alternate sourcing.• Manage execution of POs to suppliers based on demand, cycle time, location, availability and price.• Manage cost through sourcing cost reductions, rebates, extended payment terms, distribution warehousing, ship on demand order placement and distributor/manufacturer program utilization.• Manage end-to-end bidding projects along with other cooperate authorities from within organization• Review Bids/RFPs/REQs and RFIs to develop proposal plan and kickoff materials.• Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers to establish and attain the goals and directives of each category, and in forecasting inventory requirements by warehouse location.• Provide thought leadership to sales/customer organizations on purchasing and inventory management.• Maintain strong inter-departmental relationships to help facilitate achievement of assigned goals.
