- Process understanding and electrical troubleshooting in the domain of, “Industrial Automation & Control Systems”.- Performed various successful independent installations and commissioning at these ongoing Construction sites (Mumtaz Feed Multan (Team Lead), National Feeds Sheikhupura, Sabir Feeds Nawakot (Team Lead), MB Feeds Rawalpindi, Mehmood Feeds Multan, Crystal Feeds Multan, Apex Feeds Faisalabad)- Responsible for commissioning and installation of Multi Liquid Dosing System (MLDS) and Post Pelleting Liquid Application (PPLA) systems in Feed Mills all over Pakistan.- Responsible for the installation of Distributed Control Panels, Undergoing Cables Laying Process of All Power Cables &Control Cables, and their commissioning with their Control Panels.- Maintenance and troubleshooting of MLDS and PPLA in coordination with Mill management. - Technical reporting of product quality and system-related problems with statistical analysis. - Installations, Commissioning, and services of Changzhou Farthest Machinery for production of Vitamin Mineral Premix for Dairy and Poultry.- Excellent fault-tracing (via software and hardware) skills. - MLDS and PPLA are SCADA type Mechatronic Systems integrating control and instrumentation Systems that have Different types of Sensors, Actuators, Solenoids, Ultrasonics Sensors, Load Cell, and Load Cell Indicators, Dosing Pumps Motor Driver.- Provide training to the customers to strengthen their skill-set, and make them capable of handling the equipment and machines in the best way possible. - Lead the independent and successful installation of Civil and Electromechanical work Changzhou Farthes Machinery CO.,Ltd company system for vitamins and mineral addition & feed productions (Dairy and poultry Premix). The system had installed at Mehta Warehouse Site Lahore.
