Supervised the production of GRE/ Epoxy pipes on the 4-axis machine from a diameter 25mm up to 600mm. Ensure productivity and machine programming (beginner level) of the helical winding machine, mandrel protection, and mandrel preparation. To effectively supervise the production process and ensure that finished products meet quality standards and client specifications, the production team and ensure HSE standards. Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies Supervision of GRP/GRE Spooling, Mitered & Molded fittings fabrication works at the factory. Improve productivity and efficiency by root cause analysis. RMC (Raw Materials Calculation) Excel sheets prepared for GRP/GRE pipes and fittings. Upgrading the lamination process of GRP/GRE fittings from hand layup and helical winding. Dealing with the clients that come to visit the factory to witness the process, material tests, answering the technical queries, etc

Maintain accurate documentation of production process and technical specifications.  Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional team, such as R& D, Procurement and maintenance to ensure smooth production operations Lead and manage the production team by process breakdown study. Control material wastage in GRP &GRE Pipe production. Monitor and analyze production performance identify bottlenecks and purpose solution. Create reports for manager by taking real time measurements and analyzing data.
