Muzi is a professional structural engineer registered with the engineering council of South Africa (ECSA) and the South African institute of civil engineers (SAICE) with 17 years experience in civil and structural engineering.He is a committed structural engineer who enjoys designing structural elements for the challenges it brings. My structural experience ranges from multi-million residential houses to multi-storey highrise concrete and steel structures. I have also designed factory shells, Soweto theatre and the Dube trade port in King Shaka Airport. I also have done portal frame designs structures locally and internationally.I have used a wide range design and drawings packages including prokon, AutoCAD, Revit etc... Apart from the 8 years experience in commercial and residential concrete and steel structures, I have also worked from 2011 as a design engineer in the telecommunication industry where I'm designing Lattice towers, guyed masts and Monopoles both locally and other parts of Africa. My specialty in the telecommunication industry focuses on tower loading and modifications of existing structures to increase it's capacity.I am also extensively involved in rolling out of new structures across the country where i check and approved all new designs being proposed for ATC new built program.Apart from doing structural engineering I am also passionately involved in project management for small to medium size projects.
