• Assisting the project coordinator and related staff in assessment of immediate health and water/ sanitation rehabilitation needs in the flood-affected areas.• Developing an overall activity implementation plan for project activities and sharing on relevant forums.• Assisting the staff in the assessment and designing of appropriate future strategies.• Assisting lead staff with program administrative activities including maintaining program. • Successfully completed the WASH Project installing the hand pumps, construction of VIP latrines and repair of government health facilities in four districts of Sindh (Shikarpur,Larkana, Jacobabad and Shahdadkot)• DFID & LDS Funded project in which we have opened 30 government health facilities which had been closed after the 2011 flood in four districts of Sindh (Shikarpur,Larkana, Jacobabad and Shahdadkot). And also established 26 nutrition (CMAM & IYCF) sites in which malnourished children are treated in the flood affected districts of Sindh.. Psychosocial activities are also carried very well after the crises of 2011 flood to support the Children who may experience anxiety, attachment problems, sleep disturbances, dependency issues, regression, and a range of other behavioral issues which threaten their mental health and development.
