I began my career as an operational engineer at Brady Corporation in Milwaukee, WI where I dialed in my understanding of continuous improvement concepts and operational standards. I was also afforded the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful process improvement projects that grew my leadership, team management and project management skill set.Following Brady Corporation, I transitioned into a process engineering role at another great Milwaukee company, Lucas-Milhaupt. My past experience along with my ongoing education at the Kellogg School of Management then turned my career path away from engineering towards operational management as a Value Stream Manager. I continue to pursue learning and growth wherever possible as I leverage my operational, business strategy and team management skill sets.
