Senior Project Manager
CurrentResponsible for providing tactical management and administrative/leadership support to project teams for different clients in various sectors: Telecommunication, Energy, Healthcare, Education, Government, Financial services, Offshore and Retail. Ensure that the project proceeds within the agreed tolerances of time/budget and delivers a fit for purpose outcome to the customer. Also responsible for delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users for several different clients.Duties;• Managing IT projects and driving project teams from start to completion• Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams to deliver Technology projects of varying size and complexity, focusing specifically on IT infrastructure and Life Cycle Management projects• Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets and forecasts• Managing stakeholder communications• Negotiate the use of resources in a matrix management environment• Solving problems throughout the project life cycle• Mentoring less experienced team members• Managing customer relationships, perceptions and expectations• Performing all agile project management activities• Identifying business development opportunities• Managing project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings• Managing complex architecture and integration projects
