I have always believed that we should leave things better than what we found them. I now have the opportunity to try and make the world a better place and leave it a little better than I found it. I have worked across the globe in multiple industries gaining invaluable experience which I'm happy to apply to this truly transformational role. After completing my Financial Management Degree, I continued my education through certification in Software development (MCSD), Business Intelligence (Business Object, Informatica, MS SQL & SAP BI), and Project Management (Prince 2, PMP, and Agile/SCRUM) before moving on to the Management training programs within the Finance and Consulting industries. As I started to focus on Strategic Leadership (specifically in the AI and data space), I continued my learning by completing my CBIP (TDWI), CDP-DM (ICCP), and CDMP (DAMA) certifications.In order to ensure I stay up to date with the latest trends and disruptive developments in the industry, I continue to be active in the community and organizations like TDWI (The Data Warehouse Institute), ADA (Alberta Data Architecture Community), and specialized user groups. I have a wealth of experience across industries such as Energy, Engineering, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Film and media, and Banking. I have worked in Africa, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
