Bij het bezorg team van de Jumbo Hub Breda ben ik samen met de andere senior's verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de bezorgers in hun dagelijkse taken. Ook draag ik samen met de andere senior's de verantwoording over het het opruimen en werkbaar houden van de hub locatie.Daarnaast ben ik ook TWI (training within Industry) trainer waar mee ik nieuwe mensen mag opleiden tot bezorger bij de Jumbo.

Over the years as an executive staff member I learn to communicate with various types of people and different groups in general. I learned to handle difficult situations with hard to handle customers and to stay fare in tough arguments with employes. My top priorities are to make sure that the customer are happy, the employees are functioning properly and the safety of all people inside the building is addressed. Besides these things I also have a great responsibility for cleaning, decorating and maintaining the majority of the property, both inside and outside Think of holiday decorations, regularly checking and maintaining the indoor play structures, oversight in gardening and other outside maintaining activities and designing and realizing several sorts of promotional expressions.On the workfloor I have a shared responsibility with the other executive staff members that all products we are selling on the catering side are topnotch, the daily cleaning schedule is maintained and the daily workforce is guided in their function. This includes tutoring interns and introducing new employees with our methods of working.

Door de jaren heen in de zomer periode vaak geholpen bij Joepie's luchtkussen verhuur. Voornamelijk ingesprongen als er extra personeel nodig was. Daarnaast extra klussen gedaan voor de verhuur als het rustig in de binnenspeeltuin van Joepie. Het klaarzetten, in en uit laden, bezorgen en opzetten, afbreken en afhalen en schoonmaken en onderhouden van Luchtkussens, stormbanen en party benodigdheden.Daarnaast heb ik vrijwel alle foto's gemaakt voor de website en sociale media etc. Hieronder een aantal voorbeelden.
