Lead and mentored a team of 14 to reimagine the Content Management space and transition from IBM FileNet (5.5.8) to Hyland Nuxeo (2021).Led multiple initiatives aimed at improving vulnerability management for various assets. Successfully addressing and resolving more than 180 vulnerabilities within a single codebase.Collaborated with multiple business lines to onboard them to Nationwide's inaugural Online Notary Experience using DocuSign.Took on a leadership position within the OpenRules Center of Excellence (CoE) and played a pivotal role in shaping Nationwide Pet's first-ever OpenRules CI/CD pipeline.Led the implementation of a new tool for annual Security Configuration Management (SecCM), making several improvements to enhance its functionality.

I am currently a contractor through Innosource learning about the IBM ODM rules engine, working with my team to support the on-premise version and one of the first applications in this company to go to IBM's hosted cloud environment. I am currently apart of a team to convert all of Nationwide's IBM BPM applications into Angular 8, Java, and Spring-boot. I lead the implementation of the Kubernetes environment, Concourse pipelines, infrastructure smoke test and a Nationwide standard OAuth 2 security model for just under 200 unique pods connecting to 21 AWS RDS Postgres databases and on premise Oracle databases. I lead multiple mobbing sessions with the fully remote team often using Wireshark to highlight problems within the large codebase.

Learning about IBM Business Process Management tools v5.5. Used to create user interfaces and improve current business processes. Then transitioned to a support team, where I prepared the IBM BPM application to move to a new environment on the cloud doing multiple proof of concepts on the cloud environment. I assisted the testing team in the process of finding an automated testing solution for BPM.

As the solutions expert, the Consultation Agent manages the Geek Squad check-in and check-out experience for client and helps them find the complete solution that works for them. They coach the sales team, building trust and explaining services and technology to help meet all customer needs. Our knowledge of services, technology and business group strategies in partnership with the sales team ensures no client is ever left unserved or underserved.

I worked the front end focusing on attaching Geek Squad warrantees to products. As well as attaching Best Buy credit cards to consumers' purchases.

I programmed in Java making sure all the software to run our robot is set and working. I also assisted in wiring the robot, as well as the keychain handouts.My senior year I was the Lead Java Programmer on my team. I had a team of 12 programmers that I effectively led. My team and I worked with 3 other teams to create a competitive robot for the FRC 2016 season. To accomplish this task I adopted my own form of the scrum and agile idealism. This organizational style helped me a lot because I was able to easily keep track of 25-50 different projects at once not letting any people or projects slip pass by unreviewed. My team was the most organized, most knowledgeable, and fastest to react to situations. Our hard work and time won TechDiff the Spirit Award and a connection to the CEO's of LeanDog.com.

This position continued my learning of the Fablab and sticks with me for life. It gives me the opportunity to teach teachers and students alike from all and any district how to safely use the machines.

I am a Fablab intern. I learn how to use various machines such as 3D printers, Epilogue Laser, CNC Routers "Shopbot". In the Spring of 2015, I continued my education in the Fablab technologies when our lab received a pair of EMCO CNC milling machine. With these machines, I learned a lot about different kinds of bits and the hundred of different types of metals. After my hard work and my continuous work, I am changing the huge paperweight that is our FabLab's EMCO CAMConcept Mill 55 into an effective exact milling machine.

I work at COSI and assist costumers at the main desk, the little kids space, and the extreme screen. I also helped out the Safety team with various first aid exercises, and criminal activity. I earned up to 850 hours at the institution volunteering.
