Coordinating of a security service team (~250) as a member of the Area Manager’s Group,investigation of extraordinary events and collaboration with authorities,organization of personal and property protection training sessions and preparation of presentations,operation of electronic surveillance and access control systems,making recommendations and drafting memos to reduce security risks identified by other directorates.Implemented and introduced a self-designed complex property protection application (PortApp) which includes manual and automated shift scheduling, attendance management, leave tracking, extraordinary event reporting, and HR statistics.

Served as an armed security guard at a facility of critical importance to the functioning of the state.
