• Stays informed of the latest developments and innovations in AI technology and happenings

• Responsible for tagging and annotating data to help the company develop and improve its artificial intelligence (AI) products through machine learning. This includes products that help retailers and stores track.
• Tags images and video footage extracted from state-of-the-art Aurora footfall counters to identify customers, products, and other objects of interest
• Creates and maintains datasets for use in AI training and development

• Assists clients with troubleshooting encountered issues with services, like software or hardware related issues, providing exceptional customer service by giving out fast and timely resolutions (L1 and L2 support)
• Ensures accurate footfall or traffic sensor data from devices deployed by the company in retail stores by conducting data validation, data analysis, and quality assurance through audits and remote checks
• Prioritizes timely data delivery and proactively resolves any identified hardware-, software-, or data-related issues from said footfall counter devices
• Pinpoints areas for business improvements, optimizing staffing and resources for increased profitability
