Responsible for tagging and annotating data to help the company develop and improve its artificial intelligence (AI) products through machine learning. This includes products that help retailers and stores track customer behavior to optimize store layout, staffing, and forecast demand.• Tags images and video footage extracted from state-of-the-art Aurora footfall counters to identify customers, products, and other objects of interest• Creates and maintains datasets for use in AI training and development• Learns about the latest AI technologies and their applications in the retail industry• Contributes to the development of innovative AI solutions that are making a real impact in the retail industry

• Assists clients with troubleshooting encountered issues with services, like software or hardware related issues, providing exceptional customer service by giving out fast and timely resolutions (L1 and L2 support)• Ensures accurate footfall or traffic sensor data from devices deployed by the company in retail stores by conducting data validation, data analysis, and quality assurance through audits and remote checks• Prioritizes timely data delivery and proactively resolves any identified hardware-, software-, or data-related issues from said footfall counter devices• Pinpoints areas for business improvements, optimizing staffing and resources for increased profitability
