As the Commercial Director for TSG Latin America, I promote and drive the expansion of our business and retail media network services throughout the region. I bring TSG’s global strategies to life within local markets, fostering growth and establishing TSG as the premier partner for brands and retailers. I am motivated with a a forward-thinking approach, deep understanding of the LATAM market, and a robust network to build strategic alliances.

I work in strategic planing, creating new business opportunities and forge new partnerships while managing client services. My expertise centers on creating effective market entry strategies for international brands in the UK, Europe, USA, Uruguay and LATAM as well as globally, with a particular focus on food, wines as well as health and wellness and personal care. My role encompasses building strong alliances with retailers, brands and government agencies to foster export opportunities.

My role at TheSHOPPER.agency is to manage and nurture relationships across our partners and contribute with my team to build new exiting partnerships while ensuring optimum value is being delivered for our clients through our services. We deliver insight-led retail media strategies and activations, and campaign analysis with our industry-leading BASE® technology. Our team host the industry platform Shoppermarketing.community, a social network of shopper marketers, retailers, agencies and brand owners. I work with a number of talented teams, within our group TSG – The Shopper Group- to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and ensure that everyone is aware of our project goals and making sure that they are attainable.

I co-created Flordemano a small and unique hand knitted and lambskin collection for babies and young children working closely with Manos del Uruguay women´s cooperative using natural materials whilst ensuring that environmental and social responsibility was at the heart of our work. Flordemano is been currently sold by wholesalers in the UK and Uruguay.

Consultancy work developed for ADF Milking UK to establish ADF Milking Uruguay . Researched the Uruguayan Dairy Sector, collaborated in the establishment of a customer base in Uruguay and managed communications between ADF UK and the Uruguayan team. Responsible for the marketing strategy and commercial Representation working in partnership with the Uruguayan ADF Milking team.

I Project Managed the supply of Soccerstarz Uruguay during 2014 Football Worldcup. Worked in collaboration with Gupo Disco Uruguay to supply Soccersarz football players in the main Uruguayan supermarkets. Accomplished importing, product licensing and certification of the product with the corresponding authorities and official organisations.

Representative UK for Women's Cooperative Manos del Uruguay and Christ Leather Fashion. Working as Commercial Manager in the UK of these Fair trade and Ethical and Environmental friendly brands, establishing new marketing strategies and customer base and managing production in collaboration with top end UK designers, working closely with marketing, merchandising and design teams. Working closely with all parts involved, ensuring that production are made to a high sustainable standard and delivered on time. Successful track record in the development of new product opportunities and Product Manager– Opening markets with hand knitted collections with clients such as Stella McCartney, Mulberry, Pringle of Scotland, Toast and The Cotswold Collection and developing Harrods private label for their A/W and S/S leather garments collections. Worked closely with a network of international suppliers, designers, commercial, marketing and production teams in Europe and South America. Actively participated in the accreditation of Manos del Uruguay with the World Fair Trade Organisazion (WFTO). Represented Manos at the UNESCO -FOCUS "Creativity, Innovation and Excellence: From Crafts to the design on Fashion Industries" active participant in presentations. Milan, Italy.

Managed the establishment of a customer base in the UK working closely with London most prestigious Department Store Harrods, project managed the development of their Own Label garments and production programmes A/W and S/S and supplying Greenbaby with environmentally friendly certified lambskin products for babies.

PA to the Esoc Lab Director. Researched and gathered socio-economic data for use in the evaluation and analysis of the socio-economic impact of investments in different regions within the European Union using statistics for reports. Writed reports and provided administrative support to the Esoc Lab team.

Researching on a broad range of themes related to trade and technical cooperation between UK and Uruguay. Writing of reports and representing the Embassy on various external meetings.

Contributed to the research and preparation of statistics for the report on the impact of the Regional and Economic Integration on the MERCOSUR members within the framework of Technical Co-operation Project among the EU/COMISEC.
