In this Project for Movenience (which is a subsidiary of the N.V. Westerscheldetunnel) I was responsible for:Requirements engineering for the TIPS (Transaction, Information and Processing System) which is a financial transactions processing system combined with CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The tender procedure for the system. Day to day project management. Realisation of an IT-infrastructure for the company.

I was responsible for tackling the millenium bug and the introduction of the euro. I was part of a team performing activities to start up the exploitation of the Westerscheldetunnel. I also was responsible for creating a structure for levying the toll fares and assistant project manager for the implementation of the tolling system.

In this position I was responsible for creating a financial investment model and was part of a project that investigated whether traffic management of the Westerscheldetunnel could be performed from a to be built traffic control center in Rhoon.

I researched what kind of tolling system and fares were best for the Westerscheldetunnel.

I researched whether activity based costing could be applied to their fleet of ships.
