I lead the digital marketing team at Clapp 360 Communications. My role is primarily focused on new client strategy and acquisition. Pre-sales I work as a digital marketing SME to help close deals and post sales I deliver the overall digital strategy and oversee its execution.Our approach for helping clients grow:1) Understand the client's unique value props2) Determine the client's ideal customers3) Determine the correct acquisition channels (FB, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Cold Email etc.)4) Update / build website to include all tracking pixels and correct conversion events so we can properly attribute5) Constantly A/B test website / ad copy and creative to drive best ROI6) Sync campaign results with customer CRM / database to determine how much we SHOULD spend versus customer lifetime value (LTV)Wash, rinse and repeat.

Worked closely with business stakeholders in Marketing and Sales to provide technical guidance and implementation of new features to create engaging customer experiences. Responsibilities included maintaining the newrelic.com site, blog and forum. Accomplishments include creating a new onboarding flow for new users, created an open source Discourse plugin that eliminated spam from the forum and created a try before you buy feature for the Synthetics product.

Full stack web development using Ruby, Rails, MySQL, Redis and Angular. Worked successfully with a distributed team and in a services oriented architecture.
