First impressions aren’t easy, nor are they always successful. Often times we trip over our words trying to be too colorful or creative; other times we speak so softly we go unnoticed, or are unmemorable. That delicate balance is – at least in my eyes – is the essence of public relations, and critical to the continued success of any major corporation or service. The success of a first impression is measured not only by the effect you have on someone (the customer), but also in your ability to maintain, or craft, that impression over time (retention, anyone?). Despite almost a decade of experience in the industry, it continues to excite and fulfill me. Emerging technologies, new methods of communication, and continuous innovation inspires me. Whether I'm helping a brand expand in a new category or executing a 360 product launch strategy, my goal is to make memorable, long-lasting impressions.
