During this period I continue to lead Brasal's Calibration Laboratory, which has increasingly become a reference for many Coca-Cola system franchises. I intend to credit it with INMETRO to become part of the Brazilian Calibration Network. I still have weekly meetings of Production Lines with multidisciplinary teams. In them, many opportunities for improvement arise that are mapped and can be transformed into orders in SAP that are followed up in meetings. I use PowerBI for presentation, which I developed as presentation screens. I am also dedicated to industrial projects aimed at production lines (upgrades, renovations, new solutions, etc). I am part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians with a highly motivated and coordinated team involved with all areas of Industrial Engineering, with a lot of support for our responsibility and direction.

As soon as I graduated, there was a vacancy for a Junior Engineer in Industrial Engineering. I had my fears, but I decided to leave an area where I was already acclimatized to seek new challenges. I started in being responsible for calibration and quickly became interested in industrial instrumentation. At that time I did a Project Management post because I was getting involved with complex industrial projects that required more skills.

During this period, I was developing the knowledge I had just acquired in college and deftly putting it into practice with the production line teams. I reported daily to my manager the indicators of loss, consumption, efficiency of my production line and also held a weekly meeting with the teams. It was a kayzen, where the areas involved were listed in indicators and action plans.
