Campbell-Ewald had recently completed a merger with another company, Lintas and had many challenges with redundant and conflicting IT departments. Within my second year I was asked to step up, reorganize and lead my first team. Because of that initial success, within 4 years I was managing most of the technology teams. I developed strong relationships with the various business units, focusing on a customer service/partnership approach.Managed multiple technical teams in support of up to 1400 employees, across multiple divisions and locations in the US. Research emerging technology in the creative field (web, video and print) and oversee implementation and support.
