Current• Worked in hybrid conditions while company recovered from COVID-19.• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, GIS, Teams, Avaya, Civic Plus, DocuSign, JustFOIA, One Drive, Share Point, Trakit, Smartsheet, Zoom Meetings, etc.• Answers variety of questions on the phone and in person using knowledge of multiple departments.• Monitors and answers e-mails from multiple inboxes and sorts/distributes mail.• Helps customers in person and on the phone apply for permits and with a variety of tasks.• Troubleshoots systems when they aren’t working.• Orders all office supplies for the team members.• Processes payments for different departments and assists in reconciling deposits.• Acts as a lead and collaborates with team members to complete tasks.• Pays all incoming invoices and tracks/enters receipts for several departments on a monthly basis.• Serves as a Planning Commission Clerk to the board by creating agendas, taking role, typing meeting minutes, and posting legal notices, and sending mass mailings for upcoming projects.• Takes lead in planning, organizing, and executing large scale staff events.
