Introduced QMS for applications covering all IT-services of Sberbank legacy and new platform. Owing to this Sberbank was able to cut the number of critical defects ~20 times (from 248 to 12 per quarter), common time of unavailability of critical systems was decreased from 38.2 hours to 1.6 hours and increase availability to the level of 99.99%. 25,000 critical defects detected per quarter before production, 57% of test executions and 41% of installation on testing infrastructure were automated.• 2010-2014 Project Director of the Development Factory.
