1. Preparing crew candidates' application forms for conducting selection & coordinating interviews with a port captain. 2. Coordinating the Pre-joining and performing dispatching procedures, final crew briefing, and preparing documents to be signed by the joining seafarers to be sent to the Principal, Agent or Master. 3. Preparing Crew agreement and liaising with local agent or manning agency to get to validity at the Harbour Master.4. Supporting crewing assistant in travel and accommodation preparation for crew sign on/off Monitoring crew rotation plan, reporting crew database, crew list, crew evaluation, and crew insurance. 5. Managing Monthly stock op-name of uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) ship crew’s on inventory.6. Supporting procurement departments to coordinate with various vendors to supply ship spare parts until onboard runs smoothly then ensure that supply (spare parts for the ship's needs) to the deck officer has been received.7. Compile and complete invoice documents to be submitted to accounting payable. 8. Assist the procurement department to organize, prepare and review the vendor evaluation process for greater objectivity and transparency in order to maintain a good relationship between us and our suppliers for the future.9. Supporting technical department to provide solutions if there are problems on the ship through office.10. Reviewing vessel maintenance & inspection reports.
