I transform companies that are in operational survival mode to thriving mode. I’m passionate about organizational change and helping companies restructure their teams to fit where they want to go. With a background in human rights activism and a masters in Economics, I understand that data nor history can be understood in isolation. When it comes to a successful team; data and daily operations must be analyzed together. I consider my secret sauce to be coaching professionals on finding a silver lining in their restructuring experience to achieve their long term ambitions. My interests outside of the office include mountain biking, camping, horseback riding, roller skating and planning tea parties for little girls. I am happiest when I am cruising on my bicycle around the Minneapolis lakes, with my 6 year old daughter tagging along behind me.
