Account Manager - Retentions
Current• Keeping a minimum of a 40% save rate, monthly, throughout 5 branches (350+ Requests a month)• Respond to customer queries and addressed service complaints in a timely manner• Analyze customer feedback and developed new techniques to ensure customer retention• Perform customer negotiations to reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives• Provid creative, reliable and personalized resolution of customer concerns to retain existing customers and maintain their regular services• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, including, but not limited to daily courses pertinent• Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments• Forward information by receiving and distributing communications from and to customers, coworkers and various branches
