Functional Consultant and Project Manager in Ideqa, a specialist Oracle customer experience (CX) partner working with organisations ranging from banks to major global brands. Wearing many hats is part of my day-to-day and my daily tasks include the following: - Full cycle project management and implementation, support and enhancement/optimisation projects- Assisting in analysing business processes and providing solutions using Oracle software- Assisting in gathering customer requirements and conducting gap analysis- Performing system configuration, installation, data migration and testing- Participate in test planning, document test plans, and test conditions; perform solution testing, document test results, and assist with defect resolution- Conducting workshops, user training and support activities- Coordinating with the technical team on solution design, programming and validation- Assisting with Pre-sales activitiesAs part of my Project Manager role, I am responsible of the following: - Preparing a project plan and budget- Lead and manage the collaboration across cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, key partners, and stakeholders, to define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.- Maintain good people management skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to lead and mentor team members.- Attend monthly Steering Committee meetings and report to the Executive team on progress on key milestones, risks, budget, issues and resourcesI was also the Project Manager on ISMS where we manage our ISO27001 Compliance and ensure risks, tasks and policies are regularly maintained.
