- Structured the Credit Program named "Retomada" (https://creditoretomada.com.br/) aimed to support small businesses during Covid19 pandemic. It was the first public finance program through fintechs and acquirers in Brazil- Implemented the Capital Empreendedor program in São Paulo, which prepares startups for the moment of investment and brings them closer to investors.- Facilitated workshops on topics such as: business modeling, fundraising and investments for innovation, customer development and pitch, and mentored startus at StartupSP pre-acceleration program.

My activities as a coordinator in the Advanced Technology group can be organized in two main groups:Open Innovation Activities:• Responsible for the establishment and management of research projects in partnership with public Brazilian universities, working throughout the whole project lifecycle (from agreement negotiation, scope, intellectual property clauses, project management and project closing).• Responsible for cooperation plans with public funding agencies, innovation agencies (NIT) and others science & technology institutions.Innovation Management / Technology Intelligence Activities:• Responsible for the strategic planning of R&D & innovation activities for the Advanced Technology group.• Responsible for the preparation of executive reports for vice-presidency regarding the Brazilian research environment and technologies locally developed.Achievements:• Developed a BI tool for research and innovation in computing, having gathered, classified and analyzed data regarding universities (12), professors (~150), scientific publications (~5000), patents and startups located in Brazil. Such tool provided support and agility in the strategic decision of new projects with universities.• Established 3 new (and unprecedented) research partnerships with public universities, summing up an investment of more than R $ 3 million and involving around 30 researchers.• Designed R&D programs and technoloy roadmaps for digital education and digital health sectors, seeking for new ways of technologically address bottlenecks and challenges of those sectors.

Working closely to business management.• Responsible for conducting field testsAchievements: • I've been in Israel for 2 months participating in a headquarters project to develop a solution for streaming digital TV signal to any mobile device trough Wi-Fi .Siano was an Israeli company that manufactured digital TV reception chips for mobile devices (tablets, smartphones, GPS, Set-top Box and others).

Main Activities:• Development and customization of the first LG Android phones in Latin America.• Development of a Digital TV player for Android with support for interactivity (Ginga).Achievements:• I attended the 1st Android development class for foreigners at the company's headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.

Software developer on a CMMI 3 organization, working in R&D projects for EMC and Motorola.Achievements:• Received 2 annual performance recognition awards in different categories.• Worked on the adequacy to obtain the CMMI certification, being audited in the two occasions when the certification was granted
