• Reviewing engineering deliverables; initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project life cycle such as Shop Drawings of all Architectural and structural drawings.• Reviewing Material Submittals as per approved Design and Project Specifications.• Reviewing Pre-Qualifications to appoint Subcontractors. • Replying for RFIs which are raised from contractors. • Review of Contractor’s Interim Valuations.• Deliver assigned project scope within budget, schedule, ensuring overall quality of the work. • Review and interpret customer technical specifications. • Formulate Scope, Schedule and Cost baseline. • Prepare a comprehensive project plan and perform project integration. • Participate in the preparation of the project charter.• Organize & develop project team members in liaison with functional managers.• Monitor the project progress according to established schedules and budget. • Prepare progress reports from start to finish according to schedule, specifications & budgets.• Assist the contract department in drafting the contractor’s conditions (FIDIC-based contract).• Facilitate design reviews and kick-off meetings within the team and with customers. • Drive a team of engineers from different functions to ensure successful project execution.• Facilitation of finalizing engineering documents, specifications, and drawings• Coordinate with MEP to ensure appropriate placement of final fixed MEP Items to meet architectural requirements.• Conduct meeting with Client for work Progress if applicable• Attend weekly Progress Meetings and prepare Minutes of meetings.

Issuing Non-Conformance Reports, Site Instructions, and Site Observations to Contractors. • Schedule and oversee site inspections as required and as per the Inspection Schedule and WIRs issued by the Contractor.• Periodically verify and inspect all concrete deliveries for compliance with the grade of concrete/slump etc.• Witness all critical concrete pours as per Concrete pour schedules.

• Understand Contract Documents including Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts, and provide technical assistance and recommendations for action. • Accountable for the quality of every activity, and knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil & Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.• Prepare cost and expenditure statements, BOQ and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project. • Monitor projects during or after execution to ensure projects conform to design specifications. • Oversee tender process for all trades and equipment and ensure proper standards of probity. • Supervises adherence to building codes and safety regulations. • Follow up with the project management consultant on a schedule of materials required.• Coordinates with Contracts for fulfillment of material requirements for first-class items.• Conducts daily meetings with team members to discuss progress.

• Orderly collect, check, and manage documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, checking the conformity with the Quality Control Plan, and obtaining the relevant documentation. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members. • Regularly monitoring all the ongoing activities quality and progress by visiting the site.• Submission of RFI to the Client/Consultant and see the work should be up to the quality benchmark. • Creates and effectively uses gate review documents.• Consult with clients, personnel in other departments, or Site Engineer to discuss and formulate estimates of materials, plants, and equipment required for completing the project.• Prepare and plan the work schedule and budget for the project to be used by the management for purposes such as planning and scheduling work.
