Responsibilities in S11D Projects:• Manage supplier’s packages;• Oversee mechanical and bulk material handling disciplines;• Manage and collaborate with the company responsible for detailed design and integration;• Ensure project compliance with Vale’s requirements and safety standards;• Ensure design prioritize easy maintenance access;• Ensure design is focused on safe layouts and practical configuration.Specific Projects:• +10Mtpy: belt conveyors for stockyard expansion and train load out station;• +20Mtpy: primary relocatable crushing station, hoppers and relocatable conveyors, connection conveyors and transfer houses;• Compacts: apron feeders, belt conveyors and transfer houses.

I worked mainly developing budget and technical proposals for the Iron & Steel and Oil & Gas markets.

Project development since the begin of the detailed engineering to supporting the onsite activities by giving engineering assistance for VALE S11D project.It is a 90 Mtpy truckless mining plant in operation which uses fully mobile IPCC systems (In-pit Crushing and Conveying).Amazing experience.

Study to understand the design basis of the S11D Project developed by SKM Australia to allow me to perform outstanding engineering support closely to the Client (VALE) and ensure correct project implementation.
