- Lead and implement the whole SEO strategy of the Afya group's business units;- Migrate websites and brands, with minimal impact on performance, SEO and SEM;- Define, monitor and track SEO KPIs and OKRs, in alignment with business objectives and strategies;- Increase the lead base at all points of their journey;- Responsible for managing the company's main conversion, institutional and blog sites;- CAC reduction, through optimization of acquisition channels with less dependence on paid media channels;- Expand the brand awareness of Afya group in organic results;- Define guidelines for content production, aligning traffic performance with the company's business objectives and strategy;- Analyze trends in the education market, competitors and perform benchmarking with other markets;- Extend the lifetime value of customers, with lead education processes since their acquisition, helping them to make the best use of Afya's products and services, aligning their expectations with the solution to their pain points;- Analytical and managerial reading, in addition to the operation, such tools as Semrush, Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Search Console, Cloudflare, among others, to carry out tests and make data-driven decisions;- Supplier contract management- People management, focusing on their professional development;
