• Work with clients from project inception throughout the successful implementation of Avionte's software solution.
• Interpret, understand and document client business requirements and translate those needs into the setup and configuration of our software.
• Partner with Avionte’s internal support and sales teams while managing various clients project scope, timeline, training and customizations.

• Have weekly due diligence meetings with legacy HR teams to ensure integration tasks are being completed on schedule.

• Responsible for preparing offer letters, on-boarding new hires, initiating pre-employment background screening, drug testing, and more.
• Collaborate, consult and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
• Work effectively with other Human Capital functions to ensure consistency in policy and process management.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

• Evaluate candidates’ strengths in comparison to client job requirements by conducting interviews, technical evaluations and completing references from previous employers.
• Specialize in sourcing and screening candidates with skillsets in Application Development (.NET, Java, SQL, PHP, etc.), Project Management, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
• Develop relationships and networks with contractors and clients in Minneapolis/St. Paul area to continue advancing industry knowledge as well as develop referrals.
