Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
Current• Lead the H2B program process to hire employees from Mexico on a temporary visa.• Manage the Permanent Residency program to help workers from Mexico obtain their Resident Card through an immigration process. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.• Partner with the leadership team for future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications. • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. • Lead the companies HR Snow Operations.• Monitor employee eligibility for benefits enrollment, review and process enrollments, cancellations, and changes. • Serve as an HR contact for all Spanish speaking employees.• Create training schedules for new and existing employees and maintain records up to date. • Assist with administering the Wellness Program.• Coach management on handling and resolving performance employee issues.• Coordinate and execute staff social, athletic and recreational activities.
