I have enjoyed my responsibilities to actively support and contribute to various sustainability challenges in the corporate center of Bucher Industries.In my function I was responsible for the following tasks: • Drafting, validating and finalizing the two group-wide environmental and employee policies• Active participation in the project of internalizing the ESG data management process, including: development of key performance indicators and KPIs based on the sustainability strategy, creation of data input tool, documentation for external sustainability reporting, development of the internal management reporting• Management of ESG ratings (ISS ESG, MSCI, Sustainalytics, Vigeo Eiris, EcoVadis, CDP, UNGC)• Creating and compiling CO2 projects at global sites, analysing the development of GHG emissions with regards to targets, creating a blueprint for CO2 reduction projects in scope 1 and 2.• Supporting the creation of the newly established combined annual report: collection, validation and evaluation of data, text creation and managing the GRI Index.

My role was to support the company to grow in a strategic matter, embracing the sustainability challenge and finding innovative solutions to grow in a sustainable manner. I acted as the first point of contact for all operational issues that require innovative solutions and ensure that various tasks and projects are implemented and managed in a timely, professional, and sustainable manner.Main duties/responsibilities:• Create, track, and analyze sustainability KPIs• Design, implement and communicate companywide sustainability initiatives• Perform companywide sustainability training and innovation consulting• SPOC of all company-wide projects that affect the supply chain• Manage and implement all projects that affect the supply chain• Serve as acting and consulting force in the hyper care phase of implemented projects
