• Managing incoming and outgoing mails and maintaining resultant registers at the registry.• Interpreting and implementing records management policies and procedures and proposing improvements from time to time.• Proper handling of vital documents and ensuring security and confidentiality of files and documents. Registering all file movements to ensure valid trail and that all files requested for from the registry are returned within the set time.• Maintaining, verifying and evaluating the records management systems such as ERP -EDMS modules.• Ensuring effective mail management through receiving, registering, scanning (digitizing) incoming mail and circulating to relevant departments, staff or action officers and filing of hard copies in relevant files.• Ensuring ease in identity and retrieval of files through indexing and proper classification.• Records center management and archives administration.
