• Installation and Debugging of Operating Systems (OSs) 7, 8.1, 10, and 11.• Manage Desktop Devices (Hardware, Software, and Connectivity Issues).• Support, Manage, Optimize, and Maintaining the Configuration &Desktop Installation including patch updates.• Hardware Replacements with Spare Parts provided by Vendors.• Troubleshooting of Android and MAC Devices• Supporting Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access,Internet Explorer, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NICs,and basic LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity)

Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting IP phones, video based devices, single / shared lines, recording servers. Working as part of a team and operating in a fast paced, changing and challenging environment. Key Responsibilities:• Hands on Experience of configuring, troubleshooting IP phones (692x, x782x, 794x, 696x, 797x, 9951) • Provide support to Branches and site offices • Configuration of single line, shared lines.• Configuration of call pickup groups and Opickups.• Configuring Hotline device for branches using SIP trunk and GSM.• Troubleshooting & configuring video con. Devices (Cisco SX20, C20, Spark-kit Plus).• Configuring recording extensions.• Configuring partitions and CSS.

• Responsible for day to day operational management of system, databases, applications• Provide first level support for Billing and other Business Support Systems.• Maintain availability of all required services as per KPI.• Providing IT infrastructures support (LAN, WLAN, Internet, Intranet, Email Client, Software, Security Client, Desktop, Laptops and Printers) at departmental level.• Responsible to respond on requests for technical assistance to business users via phone, electronically.• Coordinate and support in solving of critical and emergency situation directly or indirectly linked with Infrastructure.• Incident management through CA application and route service requests to relevant team on Service Desk platform to support end user.• Investigate, diagnose and route the issues to appropriate teams for recovery and resolution.• Initiation of service request according to set procedures.• Networking issues (IP related issues, cabling issues, network card issues, Network Switches).• Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office 2007 products – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and others as assigned.• Provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes.
