My role involves;• Preparing construction budgets by analyzing drawings and specifications• Sales estimation and generating BOQ/Purchase orders by using Databuild estimation software (Advance Certified in Databuild software)• Tracking and managing projects using Onsite companion software• Formulating cost breakdown from estimates for project progress review• Organizing subcontractors’ quotation and negotiating to ensure quote meet contract specifications

My role involved: • Assisting the human resource manager to develop job descriptions and carry out performance evaluation• Ensuring staff members are notified in a timely manner for upcoming deadlines• Coordinating with local councils to organize community welfare workshops• Working closely with the Executive Director to manage and allocate resources for various projects

Zoos Victoria are a not-for-profit conservation organisation dedicated to fighting wildlife extinction. They do this through breeding and recovery programs for threatened species and by working with visitors and supporters to reduce threats facing endangered wildlife. My role as a technical consultant was to work closely with The Melbourne Zoo's team and it involved: • Managing a team of four persons to conduct energy audit of the Melbourne zoo• Improving data integrity by upgrading Hardcat asset management software• Investigating energy loss areas in different structures using thermal imaging technology• Providing proposals for optimizing facility operations to cut down the utility expenses

Pakistan International Airlines commonly known as PIA is the national flag carrier of Pakistan. Its main hub is Karachi while Lahore and Islamabad are its secondary hubs. I was fulfilling duties such as: • Preparing and presenting aircraft maintenance check reports to higher management • Involving in before takeoff maintenance checks to better understand safety protocols • Developing analytical skills by investigating fluid flow over an airfoil at precision engineering complex • Involving actively in daily engineering activities and built a strong network within PIA communityIn recognition of my efforts and hardwork, I was awarded with intern of the year award by Aircraft’s Safety & Operations Director.
