Ensure distribution of these documentations to all concerned parties for comments. Consolidate received comments and issue to client. In case of conflicting comments mediate and resolve.- To ensure that engineering strategy, plans, specifications, methods and procedures for construction are in accordance with the scope of work, specification etc.- To monitor the reported progress of Engineers/Contractors and ensures that the reports accurately reflects the actual performance and productivity.
