POPC 3 Project Coordinator for Fibee (INEA). My responsibilities include:Design Offices:- Prioritizing, planning, and controlling the progress of three independent design studios in Krakow and Katowice (scope of 5000 households)- Ensuring the quality of projects, optimizing the quantity of industry agreements in the executed projects- Liaising with road managers, Polskie Wody, Lasy Państwowe, and the conservator to expedite decision-making- Coordinating the acquisition of agreements on private plots by external subcontractor companies- Verifying post-implementation documentation and estimatesImplementation Department:- Processing of electrical connections for OLT cabinets (temporary and final)- Acquiring and assigning scopes for execution by external contractors- Announcing the commencement of work to road managers and energy regions, including the organization of temporary traffic organization projects- Ensuring the quality of work performed by fitters (open excavations, push-throughs, drilling, cable suspension, welding)- Completing work acceptances with industry specialists, settling performed works with the clientWith the Investor:- Holding weekly meetings to monitor the progress of work in the area- Reporting achieved milestones (projects and implementation)- Ensuring timely settlement of performed works, verifying project and post-implementation documentation- Warranty service managementGeneral:- Control and realization of financial assumptions- Striving for timely execution of the assigned scope.
