He has held key leadership positions at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Ally Bank, where he developed and executed strategic programs that enhanced efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction. He is Six Sigma and Scrum Alliance CSPO® certified, and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a B.S. Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
