* Managed regional warehouse distributing Primestar Satellite TV systems from two facilities for 60 independent retailers. Covered shipping, receiving, distribution, inventory control, purchase orders, equipment testing and RMA processing of 30,000 satellite systems.* Proposed, designed and managed first corporate web site with support from 6 regional managers and vice-president with 1,300 participating independent retailers. Delivered on time and dramatically under budget.
