As a network manager for the United Express carriers, I work with my team to integrate six regional flying partners into the larger mainline operation. My goal for each UAX partner and the customers they fly is to preserve a seamless, effortless movement from small communities to the largest cities in the world, and back again. My team and I will leverage smartly timed aircraft holds, partner swaps, and a myriad of collaborative tools to ensure a holistic and thoughtful passenger experience.

My role as an Air Wisconsin duty manager is to integrate the 52 wholly-owned CRJ-200 aircraft and navigate a fine balance of operational performance, irregular operations recovery, and provide for the continuing mission of airworthiness of the entire fleet by ensuring preventive and corrective tasks can be performed by some of the industry's finest A&P technicians. I also led a group of certificated flight dispatchers, crew schedulers, and maintenance controllers where we collaboratively constructed an operation which is stable not just for the day, but for days to come.
