The Uganda eLearning Initiative-Scholars Program partners with universities and TVETs to deliver high-quality and inclusive online instruction and provide virtual support to all students. The project focuses on training higher education governance, administration, and academic teams in eLearning policy formulation, digital pedagogy, and instructional design knowledge and skills. The goal is to create a learning system supported by digital affordances to foster students' acquisition of exquisite knowledge and skills applicable in the marketplace.
