Negotiation is significant part of my job as well as making recommendations on suppliers to partner with to achieve the end goal of adding value for my organisation. I have a proven track record of problem solving and thinking creatively about how to achieve goals. I effectively ‘think on my feet’ and possess skills to manage my own work to meet personal targets while assisting my team in successfully achieving our collective targets. I enjoy communicating with others through public speaking and sharing motivational pieces that I write in my spare time both inside and outside the workplace.
