Global Give Back Circle, in collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation, operates The Baobab Platform Mentorship Program for female scholars in Africa. This non-profit initiative pairs college and recent graduate women from elite schools worldwide with experienced mentors in fields like business, science, technology, and medicine.Contributed to the empowerment of young African women through mentorship. Guided mentees in leadership development, career exploration, networking, and philanthropy.

Supported efforts to recruit 20-30 new national youth volunteers for volunteer cycles every three months. Created office monthly administration expense reports and budgets, ensuring availability of funds and supplies in the country office for continued smooth operation.

Supported the community mobilisation advisor in coordinating outreach efforts by identifying new communities to engage with on the new project. Participated in door-to-door community mapping exercises to identify households that did not have appropriate sanitation facilities and engaged them in the project. Coordinated logistics for all community events to ensure event materials were available, and participants received sufficient training from facilitators.
