Spearheading our Nordic project portfolio, I ensure financial and operational excellence, contributing to our steadfast position in the market.New acquired position, as Regional PS Director:• Budget responsible for Professional services in the Nordics.• Responsible for activity rate/overrun for Professional services in the Nordics.• Comprehensive sales support, for new business. • Daily manager for PS employees.• Responsible for the Nordic project portfolio, both as steerco member and financially responsible.• Daily sparring partner for management in DACH and BENELUX offices. Former position as Project director:• Responsible for the operational project management, including projects’ deliverables, project planning and action follow-up.• Establish clear objectives for implementation and respond with urgency to achieve goals within the project timelines.• Analyze and understand client's business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.• Ensure a product roadmap follow-up in coordination with the product team, whilst identifying local product requirements and evolution needs.• Expert in Talentsoft’s implementation methodology and use it for all engagements.• Ensure the client takes advantage of Talentsoft’s best practices.• Participating in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, estimate workloads and costs as well as to support with proposals.• Responsible for user testing, configuration of the solution, deployment follow-up as well as customer trainings.I have also worked in the banking industry for more then 11 years.Roles have been very versatile, here are some examples:•People manager.•SME on numerous types of business critical software.
