Having embarked on a transformative journey into UX and CX design a decade ago during my time in Australia, I've decided to return to Indonesia with a renewed focus on crafting meaningful narratives and making a direct impact on my community. This remarkable journey has not only broadened my perspective on a global scale but has also equipped me with a profound cross-cultural understanding.Throughout this adventure, I've learned the art of negotiation, the value of embracing discomfort, and the importance of creative resilience through countless iterations and continuous learning. Now, with a wealth of experience in Experience Design, I am eager to channel my skills towards catalysing digital transformation and elevating customer experiences. My goal is to contribute significantly to the realisation of Indonesia's Golden Vision 2045, particularly within the vibrant sectors of tourism and hospitality.In my approach to problem-solving, I seamlessly integrate storytelling, design thinking and Human-Centered Design to solve complex problems.
