The Advanced Nuclear Specialist/Procedure Preparer is responsible for the following: 1. Preparing and reviewing plant technical instructions that are used in day to day plant operations, maintenance and testing activities. This includes the co-ordination with other site organizations (Engineering, Maintenance, Chemistry, etc.) to ensure the instructions are complete, accurate and free from ambiguity. 2. Reviewing technical manuals, design change documents, drawing changes, and licensing documents for impact on the operations procedures program and incorporating changes into these documents in accordance with established format guides and governing documents. 3. Investigate concerns raised through the Corrective Action program as they relate to plant technical instructions. Create and/or implement Corrective Actions as they relate to plant technical instructions. In addition, the position of Procedure Writer maintains the following qualifications: • Procedure Preparer • Independent Qualified Reviewer • 10CFR50.59 Evaluator Certification • 10CFR72.48 Evaluator Certification Additional Positions/Roles: • eSoms coordinator for Operator Rounds• Plant Electrical Safety Committee member • Plant Safety Committee member (alternate)

Primary duties include: Electrical and mechanical system operations (startup, shutdown, etc.) Perform operational maintenance activities (periodic testing, surveillance testing, etc.)Monitor and record equipment parametersPerform plant safety tagging Certifications/Qualifications include: First Aid/CPR/AED certifiedNuclear Fire Brigade - qualifiedPlant Attendant - qualified Plant Operator Assistant - qualified Auxiliary Boiler operator - qualified While on "Rotation of Assignment" with the Operations Procedure Unit during the 2005 thru 2007 time frame), the following qualifications/duties were added: Qualifications: Procedure Preparer Independent Qualified Reviewer 10CFR50.59 Preparer/Reviewer/Evaluator Duties: 1.
