I develop operational procedures, manage the marketing program, supervise the sales team and customer service process, negotiate and secure employee benefits, generate standard operating procedures, write clearly-defined job descriptions, and advise the CEO on HR, strategy, structure, and growth planning.In my role as Operations Manager, my department plans and executes a time-sensitive, daily flight schedule for four aircraft. I manage the maintenance of the fleet and coordinated maintenance requirements with flight schedule demands. I led a team of 15 pilots who professionally service flights for the Eastern USA and the Bahamas. I developed and implemented structure and defined, repeatable processes to ensure the aircraft, the amazing crews, and my staff team members remain prepared to meet customer needs.Whether transporting CEOs, patients, or disaster relief supplies, I maintain focus on the needs of the individual. I advise the executive team and convert strategic vision into actionable plans in support of strategic communication goals. Additionally, I develop and implement operational plans through the application of non-lethal effects to include network, psychological and electronic warfare. As a core member of the command network security team, I advise the executive team on how to balance network security risks with organizational mission requirements.

Leading this organization through the initial phases of the pandemic provided tremendous lgrowth opportunities for me both as a leader and as a manager. I scoped, led and implemented the operational and administrative needs for more than 40 personnel, to include pay, vacations, and other personnel management requirements. As a part of the executive leadership team, I drove cross-departmental coordination during a stressful and uncertain time, directed policy, leadership and training development and compliance, and ensured organizational structures were in place for expected future growth.

As the Deputy Director of Information Warfare, I managed a team of information warfare specialists, to include five network security specialists in the defense of national-level IT systems across six remote locations. The policies and training programs I developed and initiated resulted in zero network intrusions during our evaluation period and subsequent deployment. Additionally, I led a separate seven-person operations team which ensured the safety and self-defense capabilities of more than $6 billion in US Navy assets.

As Director of Operations for more than 1200 military and civilian personnel, I ensured critical national-level data analysis was timely, accurate, and valuable. My greatest achievements in this role centered around leading teams of creative problem solvers, leadership development of junior sailors, and spearheading a time-critical effort to minimize the crippling effects of a 95% staffing reduction directive for the IT department of more than 200 military personnel. Because of this short-notice administrative directive, I rapidly developed and negotiated an agreement between three external organizations, ensured mission accomplishment, and minimized the potential negative effects on personnel and their families.

In response to recent threats, I managed a 25-person team during a three-month security gap analysis project for a critical national defense site. I led two 10-person planning teams conducting crisis response to natural disaster scenarios in Alaska. In this role, I discovered critical gaps in contingency plans and quickly developed mitigating solutions with minimal impact to ongoing operations. Additionally, I developed a plan for military support to the State of Alaska during pandemic disease scenarios. As readiness and training lead, I redesigned the readiness program for a 70-person organization, which resulted in 100% compliance for the first time in five years.

I led a development team of three personnel conducting international strategic messaging. In this role, I developed tailored messages to support US national interests and objectives, which resulted in a 400% increase in public website traffic and a 30% increase in pro-US public opinion in the region.

Instructed and developed multi-service and international flight officers in the Navy's advanced tactical flight program. Additionally, I spearheaded the implementation of new flight training software program and revamped flight training instruction processes, which decreased overall training time for each student and simplified flight planning for the entire Navy flight school system.

I served as an Electronic Countermeasures Officer during five deployments. When not flying, I was responsible for managing the flight software program, officers' fund budget, flight schedule and a ground maintenance personnel department of 18 people.
