- Analyzed and monitored financial activity of over 120 chapters with combined revenue over $15 million for adherence to the budget, national policy, and IRS regulations. Collaborated with staff and volunteers to take corrective action as needed and promote additional best practices.- Managed licensed vendor relationships and Shop Sigma Kappa promotion at national and regional events and online. Persuaded senior leadership to evaluate options and explore new strategies based upon market research, leading to the creation of a cross-team marketing committee.- Designed process improvements to modernize and simplify chapter financial procedures including constructing an innovative budget template, revising monthly financial report distributions to chapters and volunteers, and implementing online payment of new member fees instead of requiring physical checks.- Produced key financial strategies and resources as part of Sigma Kappa’s Pivot initiative in response to COVID- 19 pandemic. Teamwork over a three-week span resulted in twenty-five new resources and introduction of virtual town halls to help chapter officers and advisors adapt to the changing environment.- Executed outstanding check clearance project which returned over $195,000 to chapter accounts and $15,000 to the Sigma Kappa Foundation.

Senior Leadership Consultant (2018-2019)- Developed training and professional development programs with senior leadership consultants such as initiating ateam reading and leading discussion sessions about two professional development books.- Mentored and helped train twelve first-year consultants in job responsibilities and personal development throughregular touch points. Created new training materials and resource documents for consultants and members.- Led data analysis project to review chapter trends across core functional areas that determine operational success.Leadership Consultant (2017-2019)- Traveled to fourteen Sigma Kappa chapters in eight states to assess operations and provide recommendations to improve processes in leadership training, philanthropy, educational programming, risk management, and financial management. Participated in extension at the University of Alabama which recruited over 200 new members.- Advised two new chapters residentially by meeting weekly or biweekly with chapter leaders to achieve new chapter goals, overcome challenges, and educate members and officers on policies and procedures.- Communicated with chapter members, university staff, national headquarters staff and volunteers on a regular basis via program facilitation, meetings, calls, reports with SWOT analysis, emails and blogs.- Completed mental health first aid certification (2018).

- Recorded advertisement sales contracts electronically and on paper, ensuring that all sales on the contracts are for the correct amounts. - Maintained records of TCU Skiff papers for future reference.- Mailed copies of the Skiff to national companies so they can view their advertisement in the paper.
