Hired to switch the company from a legacy system to Excalibur WMS along with the Excalibur Transportation Management module as both the Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert. I was the point person on the project from reviewing current processes to custom developments needed to meet Direct Tap's requirements.I also managed the integration between Direct Tap and it's largest client which automated order processing allowing for the fulfillment of 400+ orders per day. I also created a custom billing system via Excel that allowed exported data from the WMS to be billed at the custom rates required by a small businesses looking to meet their clients unique needs.

I was hired to implement the Excalibur WMS at 5 locations. Three in Canada and two in Washington state. The implementation was a mix of upgrading from an old version of Excalibur and a complete change over from legacy systems.I worked with the Operations and IT teams to plan the rollout and implement the requested features including hand-held scanners, automated document management, and dock scheduling functionalities. After the implementation was complete I taught myself Power BI from scratch and integrated it with the Excalibur WMS to create custom KPIs for the executive team.

Promoted from a Customer Service Representative into a Project Specialist role where I was responsible for projects related to client retention, and process improvement through expansion of modules found in the WMS.I was tasked with rolling out a new WMS after an acquisition by a larger company. I was flown to Toronto to learn the new WMS as a Subject Matter Expert and led the rollout for our Vancouver branch.
