TouchPoints is a multifunction kiosk application used for customer service applications and patient check in. Functionality is configurable and scalable, and was recognized among 500+ as a truly innovative solution to increase productivity in the HealthCare industry. The Customer Service kiosk provides services and information that are not currently delivered in kiosk form by other medical providers. The check in kiosk provides service that is delivered by other third-party vendors, but the per-unit cost of TouchPoints is approximately 20% of the cost of third-party kiosks.Currently building .NET apps in C#, VB, WCF and WPF for internal UHC users and patients. I also do a lot of project management for clinical 3rd party systems. All projects are subject to design review, and must meet very strict regulatory requirements with regard to the security of healthcare information.
