The Customer Service kiosk provides services and information that are not currently delivered in kiosk form by other medical providers. The check in kiosk provides service that is delivered by other third-party vendors, but the per-unit cost of TouchPoints is approximately 20% of the cost of third-party kiosks.Currently building .NET apps in C#, VB, WCF and WPF for internal UHC users and patients.
