Projects include interior and exterior construction throughout the County's buildings, parks, trails and greenways portfolio. Promote respect/care for all in support of a safe workplace.• Aid in site coordination, inspect work, create punch lists and assist with CPM schedules.• Lead close-out efforts including: owner training, record of attic stock transmitted, collection of lien waivers, collection of IC-134 tax forms, completed commissioning logs and turn over of as-built / operations & maintenance documents.
